However, after running for a period of time, when the friction of each component is heated up and the pressure in the cavity rises to a certain value, the axial fitting force Z of the bright belt at this point is small due to the elastic force of the rubber ring at the rotating mesh, resulting in intermittent instantaneous leakage. If the rotation is stopped in this case, the leakage at the mesh is not instantaneous, but a serious oil leak occurs, and continues until the pressure of the inner cavity drops to a certain value and the elasticity of the rubber ring reaches a new balance. In addition, when the assembly is wrong, the operation may also occur in the local edge surface pressure is too large, the friction and wear is intensified, the excessive heat is generated, the lubricating oil viscosity is reduced, and the wear of various parts is aggravated. Therefore, reasonable assembly is very important for the use of floating oil seals in excavator support wheels.
